What is "Commit to Fit"?

It 's a guide to help you with your life-long journey of fitness. A guide to getting past the procrastination and staying motivated.

"Commit to Fit" will help you understand why you really want to get fit. Why you want to turn off "Survivor," get up off the couch and take a walk, or go to the gym and sweat for an hour, or bike up a mountain, run a marathon, or walk ½ a mile without getting winded. Because fitness is not like speed, you don't measure it in miles-per-hour, you measure it by how you feel.
